DpXmlAnalyzer

This is a program that can be used to analyze a broken XML file. It is primarily intended for analyzing faulty export files from DVD Profiler, but it can be used to analyze any XML file.

If you analyze a file that is not a DVD Profiler export file you will of course not get all that information, just the error description and content of the offending line.
