DvdpRebootGuard

Starts a background program that watched for a restart of the PC, and attempts to take down DVD Profiler in a controlled manner (if it is running).
In this way hopefully DVD Profiler will not ask for a repair when it is started again after the restart.

NOTE: It seems like there has been a change in Windows so that a restart no longer takes down DVD Profiler, but rather hangs until Profiler has been closed, so there may no longer be a need for DvdpRebootGuard.
