SlowStarter

SlowStarter lets you specify programs that are to be started when Windows starts. There are three main reasons that you may want to use it.

You can autostart programs that do not have that option built in.
You can delay the start of the program in order to let other Windows startup functions finish first.
You can define the order in which the programs start (by using different delays) if that's important.

You can actually achieve 1) manually by editing the registry, but it is definitely not something that I recommend.

Important: For programs that already have the option to autostart, make sure that you turn that option off if you want to start it through SlowStarter!
